1 .Service hours

- Open year round except January 1
* The building may be temporarily closed due to inspections or other reasons.
- Opens at 9:00 and closes at 21:00
* Consult us for preparations and construction prior to the day of the event and for the availability of the facility in the morning (9:00 or earlier) and at night (21:00 or later).
* Please be advised that you will be charged from the time the room is unlocked until the time the room is locked. We suggest you to include the setup and cleanup time in the number of hours you wish to book.

2. Application

- Applications are accepted from:
Tokyo Midtown Hall: one year before the day
Tokyo Midtown Conference: six months before the day

- Reservations
9:00 - 18:00 on weekdays

- Submission of application form
On receiving your booking inquiry form, we will check it and send an application form. Please complete it and return it to us. Your booking is final at the time we receive your application form. Note that we reserve the right to refuse applications, depending on the details of the booking inquiry.

3. Payment procedure and deadline

- After your booking is concluded, you are required to deposit 30% of your room charges. The deposit must be transferred to our specified bank account within 14 days after the day a bill is issued.
- The remainder of the room charges must be paid at least three days before the booked day. An invoice will be issued and sent to you. The amount should be transferred to our nominated bank account.
- Based on the postdate statement of accounts, the final settlement must be made within one month after the day you used the facility. The settlement includes the cost of drinks and food, fees for equipment and machinery, electric bills and the like. The amount should be transferred to our nominated bank account.

4. Cancellation

If your booking is cancelled or if the booked venue, date and/or time is to be changed at your convenience after your application form is received, you will be charged for cancellation as follows. The number of days is counted from the booked day.

Midtown Hall
- 60 days before or earlier: 30% of room charge
- 59 to 30 days before: 50% of room charge
- 29 days before or less: 100% of room charge

Midtown Conference
- 60 days before or earlier: 30% of room charge
- 59 to 10 days before: 50% of room charge
- 9 days before or less: 100% of room charge

* Unless the payment of the required deposit or remainder is confirmed by the specified deadline, your booking will be deemed to have been cancelled.
