Rental service providing wheelchairs and strollers free-of-charge
We have a limited number of wheelchairs and strollers. We ask the users to return them after a maximum of four hours. We ask each user of this service to present his/her cell phone number or some kind of photo identification.
At the GALLERIA Information Desk, the service starts at 11:00 a.m. We accept requests for rental until 8:30 p.m. At the PLAZA Information Desk, the service starts at 9:00 a.m. We accept requests for rental until 8:30 p.m.
*Strollers are for babies and children aged from three months to four years.
Nurseries (level B1 and level 2)
Sinks, seats for changing diapers and nursing chairs are available.
Baby Room (Galleria 2F)
We have provided a space for parents to relax with their babies. The room is equipped with a sink, breast-feeding area, diaper change area and a resting area.

Porters
At Tokyo Midtown, the Neighborhood Porters are available if you want to have the goods you purchased delivered to your home on the same day. You can enjoy yourself without having to carry home all of your shopping.
*This service is only available for goods that are purchased at the stores that are members of the Neighborhood Porter service network
Your Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Tokyo Midtown buildings (except for specific sections) and the PLAZA. Pets are allowed in the Midtown Garden and Hinokicho Park, but they must be on a leash. The owners must comply with all the rules.
We offer a service to look after your pets while you shop and dine.

- Charge: 1000 yen for the first hour, and 500 yen for every additional 30 minutes.
