Cherry blossom night-time illumination
Midtown Garden
Cherry trees line the street for some 200 meters in the Garden area, all the way from Gaien-Higashi Avenue to the Grass Square. The cherry trees along Sakura Street in front of Garden Terrace are illuminated after sundown to create a fantastic atmosphere. They are lit up in pink as they are beginning of bloom, and with gentle white lights when they are in full bloom. Whenever you come, you can enjoy a night stroll bathed in the color of cherry blossoms.
