Ticket
- Q. Where can I buy tickets?
- A. You can buy tickets at the reception on that day. We do not sell tickets on-line.
- Q. How can I pay for the ticket?
- A. You can pay by cash, credit card, and other forms of electronic payment.
- Q. Do you have minimum age or height requirements?
- A. We do not have age or height restrictions, but all users are required to wear skates. We have skates for shoe sizes starting from 15 cm.
- Q. Do I need a ticket even when just accompanying someone?
- A. ¥300 entry fee is required for persons accompanying others (watching only). Please let the staff at the reception counter know if you are just watching. The fee is not required for children under 3 years old, but it is required for those over 3 years old.
- Q. Can I make a private reservation?
- A.
You can make private reservations from 9:00 to 10:30 and from 21:30 to 22:30. Charter fees are as follows. (Shoe rental fees are charged separately.)

Rental
- Q. What kind of skates in what sizes do you have?
- A. We have over 500 figure skates in sizes ranging from 15 cm to 32 cm. We also have double runner ice skates for kids (15 to 20 cm).
- Q. Can I reserve skates?
- A. We don't take reservations.
- Q. Can I use my own skates? And if I bring my own skates, do I still have to pay the rental fee?
- A. Yes, you can use your own skates. If you use your own skates, you do not have to pay the rental fee.
- Q. Do you have glove rentals?
- A. We don't have glove rentals, but gloves are available for purchase at the ticketing office (¥300, three sizes: S, M, and L).
- Q. Will any gloves do?
- A. For your safety, please wear full finger gloves.
- Q. Do you have helmets?
- A. We have free helmet rentals. (Four sizes: XS, S, M and L).
- Q. Do you have sled rentals?
- A. A sled can be rented for ¥500 per 20 minutes (tax included). (Available only from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays. Last Call is at 5:40 pm)
- Q. Besides skates, what else can I borrow?
- A. You can borrow helmets, knee pads and elbow pads, and you can rent sleds.

・Toei Oedo Line Roppongi Station, direct connection from Exit 8
・Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Roppongi Station, direct connection through an underground walkway

The surrounding illuminations light up every day from 17:00 to 23:00.
*The illumination times may change depending on the situation.
- Q. Do you have lockers?
- A. We have self-service lockers (small: ¥100, medium: ¥200).
- Q. Are there restrooms at the rink?
- A. There are dedicated restrooms for ice rink users next to the rink.
- Q. Are there rest spaces where I can take a break while skating?
- A. Outdoor rest spaces with benches are available. You can use rest spaces with your skating shoes on. We do not have indoor rest spaces.
- Q. Are there shops and eateries at the rink?
- A. There are vending machines.There are no shops or eateries.
- Q. Are there smoking areas at the rink?
- A. There are no smoking areas.
- Q. Which is the nearest parking/bicycle parking to the rink?
- A. You can use Tokyo Midtown's parking/bicycle parking for a fee.

Admission
- Q. Do you restrict admission?
- A. If the link is crowded, admission will be restricted and numbered tickets will be distributed at the reception. In addition, we will inform you when admission is restricted in the "NOTICE" of this site.
- Q. Is there a way to give priority to admission when it is crowded?
- A. Priority admission is not available. We ask all visitors to wait in line.
- Q. Is there a time limit?
- A. There is no time limit, but re-entry is not allowed.
- Q. Are the prices the same regardless of the entry time?
- A. The prices are not categorized by times. The prices remain the same.
- Q. Can I re-enter the rink?
- A. No, you can't.
- Q. Can children (junior high school age and below) use the rink by themselves?
- A. They can enter as long as they can skate. We don't have age restrictions in principle, but we request that parents/guardians take responsibility when deciding.

- Q. Will the rink open when it's rainy, snowy, windy, or warm?

We open the rink when we judge skating is possible.

- Q. Will any attire do?
- A. Please come dressed for skating. Make sure to wear gloves to prevent injuries.
- Q. Do you have specified times for the rink's ice maintenance?
- A. The maintenance times are subject to situations such as the weather and number of visitors. The maintenance is done once or twice on weekdays, and three to four times on weekends (15 to 20 minutes per time).
- Q. Can I make an advance reservation?
- A. We don't take reservations.
- Q. Can I get points on a Tokyo Midtown Card? Can I get a discount on the parking ticket?
- A. Not applicable for these services.
- Q. Can I do spins and jumps?
- A. We don't prohibit them, but we may ask you to refrain from doing them at times, such as when the rink is crowded. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with regard to accident prevention.
- Q. Can I speed skate?
- A. We prohibit speed skating for safety reasons. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with regard to accident prevention. We may ask you to leave the rink if you refuse to follow the staff's instructions.
- Q. Can I play games like ice hockey and curling?
- A. Visitors are requested to refrain form activities other than skating.
- Q. What will you do with lost and found items in the rink? Where can I contact for lost and found items?
- A. Lost and found items will be delivered later in the day to the information counter on the 1st floor of Tokyo Midtown Galleria. For details, please contact TOKYO MIDTOWN Call Center (03-3475-3100).
※Tokyo Midtown shall take no responsiblity for any accidents, trouble, or other such problems that occur in the ice rink. Please use the ice rink safely.
