BLOSSOM CAFÉ MENU

BLOSSOM CAFÉ MENU

It has items from the Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo that you can only eat here. Enjoy a luxurious time unique to this season with spring-exclusive sweets and special cocktails.

  • This original curry from Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo is a green curry with a rich seafood broth base. It comes with 16-grain rice. The refreshing aroma of fresh basil blends perfectly with the spiciness of the curry.

  • Meat ragout packed with beef umami and creamy mozzarella cheese are sandwiched between crispy baked bread. The five-spice meat ragout gives this warm sandwich a rich flavor.

  • The Cherry Blossom Scented Brûlée Cheesecake is a creme brûlée-like cheesecake with a layer of bittersweet crispy caramel on top of a smooth cheesecake that melts in your mouth. A subtle and gentle aroma of cherry blossoms spreads through your mouth with each bite.

The Condensed Milk Berry Berry Chocolate has the acidity of raspberry and the flavor of old-fashioned condensed milk strawberries. The Bergamot Chocolate has the aroma of bergamot and two layers of part de fruie and caramel-flavored ganache coated with white chocolate. It is gorgeous and reminiscent of a flower garden.

  • A sparkling wine cocktail to celebrate the joys of spring. The three colored jellies--fresh greenery, Japanese style, and cherry blossoms--create a beautiful gradation, letting this special drink build the cherry blossom viewing mood.

  • Notes: All prices include tax.
  • The menu is subject to change.

ISHINKI

ISHINKI
Kan Yasuda

A sculpture made of 18.5 tons of marble billions of years old in Pietrasanta, Italy. When you sink into the hole carved into the stone, you will feel as if you are part of the earth, and you can hear the silent voices of ancient times emanating from the stone. Inside the hole carved into the stone, the artist would like you to feel a sense of relief as if you are settling into the earth.

K-BALLET Opto

K-BALLET Opto

K-BALLET Opto started as a joint project between K-BALLET COMPANY, franchise company of Bunkamura Orchard Hall, and Bunkamura. Inviting emerging and significant choreographers in the current dance scene, the project aims to present original works in collaboration with other genres. By presenting dance pieces that shed light (ie:Opto) on dance from a different perspective, we aim to provide a fresh performative experience for the audience.
